Hampus Eckersten is the Vice President of Customer Experience at Avensia, focusing on creating value at every customer touchpoint. They previously served as Global Partnership Director at Avensia and held various leadership roles at Capgemini and Stretch, including Managing Consultant and Partner. Hampus began their career as a Production Engineer at Haldex and holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lund University.
