Aventei Capital is a US market focused Venture Capital firm that invests primarily via our Venture Studios in Enterprise AI Startups.
 
It was born out of our frustration as Angel Investors, having seen way too many startups perish at the infamous Startup Death Valley Curve. Our core team’s extensive experience in bootstrapping and growing tech startups to multimillion revenue, led us to a new way to invest and incubate B2B tech startups. 
 
Aventei invests in startups via a unique two fund model, starting with Fund 1, which invests and initially owns 100% of new startups that we incubate via our Venture Studios. Fund 2 invests only after a startup from the Venture Studio gets to breakeven and is on track to $1million in ARR. Fund 2’s growth capital accelerates the startups to multimillion revenue and readies it for external investors and exits for our venture funds.
 
We are headquartered in Tampa, Florida, USA; with additional offices in London, UK and in Chennai, India.
