Aliona Palchenko

Aliona Palchenko has over 15 years of work experience in the Human Resources field. Aliona began their career in 2004 as the Head of Department at TOPConsulting. In 2006, they moved to Crédit Agricole Bank Ukraine as the Head of Recruitment and Adaptation Division. In 2007, they became the Head of HR Department at JSC The Bank, "Financial initiative", Kiev. In 2009, they joined Microsoft Ukraine as an HR Generalist. In 2014, they became Partner, HR-Consultant at HR Universe Group. In 2015, they joined ING Bank Ukraine as the HR Director. Most recently, in 2020, they became the Head of Human Resources at Avento MT LTD.

Aliona Palchenko attended Kherson State University from 1993 to 1998, where they graduated with a degree in Psychology faculty. In 2019, they completed a Career Coaching course with The Professional Association of Resume Writers & Career Coaches in Florida, USA.
