Aventra develops industrial-scale biomethane and e-fuel hubs with biogenic CO₂, modular tech, and ultra-low-cost green power — transforming Brazil’s industrial energy landscape.
We focus on decarbonizing hard-to-abate sectors while delivering scalable, infrastructure-grade returns.

Brazil has one of the largest untapped renewable gas markets globally, with over 430 TWh/year of technical potential and strong regulatory support for carbon-negative fuels.

Our platform unlocks value from agro-industrial residues and circular resource flows, leveraging long-term offtake agreements, modular technology, and a Build-Own-Operate model tailored for performance, resilience, and scalability.

Each Aventra project is designed to deliver certified negative emissions, replace fossil fuels in industrial energy use, and monetize co-products across gas, carbon, and fertilizer markets.
