John Eldridge

John Eldridge has extensive work experience in the insurance and brokerage industry. John is currently the Managing Director at Aventum Group, a position they have held since 2020. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Commercial Officer at Aventum Group from 2020 to 2024.

Before joining Aventum Group, Eldridge was the Managing Director at Sompo Canopius from 2014 to 2020. John also held various roles at Coleman Insurance Brokers, including Deputy Managing Director from 2012 to 2013 and Managing Director from 2013 to 2014.

Earlier in their career, they worked at E Coleman & Co Ltd as Director from 2011 to 2012 and as Head of Operations from 2010 to 2011. John also served as the Head of Operations for Commercial Insurance at HSBC Insurance Brokers Ltd from 2008 to 2009 and as a Senior Business Analyst at HSBC Insurance Brokers from 2004 to 2008. Overall, Eldridge has shown leadership and expertise in managing and overseeing operations and commercial strategies within the insurance industry.

John Eldridge attended the University of Bath from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a BSc degree in Business Administration.
