Nolan Mickey

Nolan Mickey serves as the Head of Asset Management at Avenue One since May 2021, following a multifaceted career at Amherst Holdings where Nolan held positions from Vice President to Acquisition Analyst. In his Vice President role, Nolan led the strategy for the development of new construction single-family rentals and established acquisition processes for vacant lots. As a Senior Associate, Nolan built a dedicated asset management team focused on financial management and standardized reporting. Earlier experience includes financial analysis at Bloomberg LP, project assistance at TD Bank Group, and various internships in financial services. Nolan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Economics from Villanova University, complemented by studies at City University of Hong Kong.
