Matthew Eves

Matthew Eves is the Head of Quality Assurance and Practice at Avenues Group, where they leverage 30 years of experience in social care. Previously, Matthew served as Head of Quality and Compliance at Aspens Charities and held various roles at Avenues Group, including Quality Assurance and Audit Manager and Area Manager. They have a strong background in designing and implementing frameworks for auditing and policy, as well as personalizing software to enhance efficiency in service delivery. Matthew also focuses on BILD Accredited Restraint Reduction training standards and mentors those training in Positive Behaviour Support. They earned a degree in Positive Behaviour Support from the University of Kent in 2016.
