Alexandra Major

Alexandra (Ali) Major, PHR, currently serves as the Sr. Director, HR Business Partner at AvePoint, a company specializing in digital transformation solutions for over 16,000 clients globally. With a progressive career at AvePoint since December 2017, Alexandra has held multiple roles including Director of People Operations and HRBP, and HR Manager. Prior to this, Alexandra gained experience at AOL, where responsibilities included managing onboarding programs and leading employee engagement initiatives, and at Ropes & Gray LLP, providing support for professional development programs.
