Eric L is a seasoned professional in client services and technical support, serving as a Senior AvePoint Client Services Engineer since March 2015. In this role, Eric has specialized in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions, facilitating workshops, and providing comprehensive training to both solution administrators and end users. Eric has also successfully led numerous migration projects into Microsoft 365 and contributed to product development through customer feedback. Prior to joining AvePoint, Eric held positions at CrimTrac as a SharePoint Administrator, at CSIRO as a Collaboration Administrator, and at the Australian Taxation Office as a Change Manager and Project Officer. Eric holds degrees in Civil Engineering and Computer Science, showcasing a strong technical foundation complemented by extensive experience across various sectors.
