Gesa Lappe

Gesa Lappe is an experienced professional in partner sales, currently serving as the Director of Partner Sales DACH at AvePoint since March 2016. Lappe's career includes progressive roles at AvePoint, starting from Partner Sales Manager to Senior Partner Sales Manager and Manager Partner Sales DACH. Prior to AvePoint, Lappe was an Account Manager at Hays and held roles in centermanagement at ECE and in multichannel/CRM at HUGO BOSS. Early career experiences include positions in Vertrieb at GROHE and Membership Relations at IVAM Microtechnology Network. Lappe holds a Master of Science in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from TU Dortmund University and a Bachelor of Science in Business and Management Studies from the University of Europe for Applied Sciences, with additional studies at London Metropolitan University.
