Jim Caci

Jim Caci is the current Chief Financial Officer at AvePoint. Prior to their current position, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at Conductor, Inc. from January 2013 to December 2016. During their time at Conductor, Jim was responsible for financial and operational leadership, which included fundraising, financial reporting, operational metrics reporting and management. Jim also managed a multimillion-dollar budget, 6 direct reports, and 6 indirect reports. Some of their notable achievements during their time at Conductor include successfully raising private equity from various VC and private equity firms, closing a credit facility with City National Bank, and improving customer retention rates from 60% to 79%. Jim also played a key role in expanding the company by recruiting new talent, transitioning to a new accounting system, and opening a new office in San Francisco.
