Joanne Guya

Joanne Guya is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in compliance and people operations across various organizations. Currently serving as an HR Compliance Specialist at AvePoint since December 2025, Joanne leads initiatives to ensure strict adherence to labor laws and industry standards. Previously, in roles at N-able, including Senior People Coordinator and People Coordinator, Joanne focused on enhancing employee experience and aligning HR strategies with business objectives across the APAC region. Joanne's early career included a Human Resources Generalist position at Seda Hotels, where responsibilities spanned talent acquisition, employee engagement, and learning and development, as well as experience as a Human Resources Assistant at Hotel101 Global and a Human Resources Staff member at Hyundai North Edsa. Joanne holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Adamson University, obtained in 2014.
