Nicole Caci

Nicole Caci is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in public relations and content strategy. Currently serving as the Director of Content & Communications at AvePoint since February 2021, Nicole oversees global external communications and manages a team while also chairing the company's Women in Technology Employee Resource Group. Previously, as a Public Relations Manager at AvePoint, Nicole led global PR efforts during the company's IPO, achieving over 80% year-on-year increase in media coverage. Prior to AvePoint, Nicole held various roles at LaunchSquad, where responsibilities included developing media strategies for clients such as GoodData and ON24, providing daily PR counsel, and coaching teammates. Earlier career experiences include reporting for Sports Illustrated during the 2016 Summer Olympics and coaching athletes at USA Swimming. Nicole graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Middlebury College.
