Jonas T.

Jonas T. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jonas is currently working as a DevOps Engineer at AVER, LLC since September 2020. Prior to this, Jonas served as an AWS Cloud Engineer/DevOps Engineer at Data Service Group from September 2020 to June 2023. At the same company, they also worked as a Linux System Administrator from January 2020 to September 2020, where they were responsible for tasks such as managing network configurations, importing/exporting files, and troubleshooting web servers.

Before joining Data Service Group, Jonas worked at Boston Medical Center (BMC) as a Client Service Help Desk Analyst from August 2019 to December 2020. Jonas'sresponsibilities included entering service tickets, resolving operational issues with desktop computers and mobile devices, and identifying hardware and network infrastructure problems.

Jonas also has experience working at LAZ Parking as a CSR/Desktop Support Engineer from December 2010 to August 2018. In this role, they relocated and configured computer devices, set up workstations for employees, and maintained hardware and software inventory.

Prior to LAZ Parking, Jonas worked at Aigle Voyages S.A as a Customer Service Representative from May 2004 to November 2010.

Jonas T. completed their education in a chronological manner. From 2011 to 2015, they attended Bunker Hill Community College and earned an Associate degree in Networking Technology and Administration, with a focus on Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications. Following this, they pursued further education at UMass Boston from 2016 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.

In addition to their academic achievements, Jonas T. has also obtained several certifications. Some of these include Networking Foundations: Servers from LinkedIn, which they obtained in June 2021, and various Windows 10 certifications in Administration, Manage Remote Access, and Troubleshooting for IT Support, all obtained from LinkedIn in January 2021. Furthermore, they have acquired CompTIA Security+ certification from CompTIA in June 2020.
