Scott Foster

Scott joined Enlace Health from WellCare Health Plans where he led Georgia Market finance. Foster brings three decades of financial leadership in the healthcare market. He has developed and rolled out new strategic health plans in the payer and provider space as well as lead financing and modeling functions in start-up joint ventures, and corporate environments.

Prior to WellCare he was the VP Finance for Piedmont WellStar Plan, a joint venture between Piedmont Healthcare and WellStar Health System. Scott began his career at Ernst & Young and has held financial leadership roles at Centene Corporation and Wellpoint, now Anthem.
