Khalid Oumghar

Khalid Oumghar is a business development and tendering manager with over 12 years of experience in infrastructure projects, specifically in public procurement and international bid management across Africa and the MENA region. Previously, Khalid worked as a project coordinator at Casatechnique, a tendering specialist at Averda, and later served as the tendering and business development manager, leading large-scale tender submissions and managing client interactions. Khalid holds a degree in resource management and environmental sciences from Institut agronomique et vétérinaire Hassan II and is currently focused on sustainability and corporate finance, leveraging a trilingual capability in Arabic, French, and English.
