Lisa Emami

Lisa Emami serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Averda since March 2021, bringing extensive experience in human resources and business operations from previous roles including Senior Director of Human Resources at Kuwait Food Company (Americana) and Director of Global Business & Operations at Propel International. Emami's career at Averda began in 2011, where contributions as Chief Talent Officer focused on transforming the organization into an internationally recognized, IPO-ready entity through leadership development and talent management. Prior to Averda, Emami spent several years at General Motors Corporation in various roles, advancing talent management strategies and workforce planning. Educational qualifications include an International MBA from IE Business School and a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Michigan State University, complemented by a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Health Science from Kalamazoo College.
