Rethabile Seema is an experienced legal practitioner and academic, currently serving as a Remote Lecturer and Research Supervisor in the Faculty of Law at Eduvos while also holding the position of Head Legal Counsel for Averda’s South African operations. With a rich background that includes roles as a Compliance Manager at Buvhezi Trading and a Legal Associate at various firms, Rethabile has demonstrated expertise in corporate commercial law, litigation, and compliance. They have contributed to academia at the University of Johannesburg, delivering lectures in multiple legal fields and mentoring students in their research projects.
