C.C. Tham

C.C. Tham is an experienced Master Black Belt currently serving as the Corporate Business Continuous Improvement Head at RGE Pte Ltd, a position held since 2014. They lead the Business Continuous Improvement Department, strategizing Lean and Six Sigma deployment across various industries, including Pulp & Paper and Palm Oil. C.C. has played a pivotal role in achieving over USD100 million in annual savings through Kaizen initiatives while actively mentoring BCID teams. They hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Wichita State University.
