Lay Nar Teoh

Lay Nar Teoh is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as Function Lead for HR Services at Averis, overseeing a diverse team and ensuring effective data management and payroll processing. They began their career at Radio Television Malaysia as a trainee before moving on to Accenture Sdn Bhd, where they excelled as a Senior Payroll Analyst. Lay then served as Team Lead of Workforce, Data Management & Payroll at Averis, managing large teams and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. With experience at BHP as Lead of HR Data Management, they have consistently focused on team development and operational excellence. Lay holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication from Universiti Sains Malaysia.
