Nigel Lee

Nigel Lee is a talented professional with a diverse background in graphic design, talent management, and client relations. Starting as a Graphic Design Intern at Orion Digital, Nigel was responsible for managing seasonal greetings for major clients such as 7-Eleven Malaysia and Panasonic Malaysia. Following this role, Nigel advanced to Mintel as an APAC Learning and Development Specialist, where responsibilities included developing talent management programs for over 1000 employees across multiple regions and managing training vendor relationships. As a Client Partner at Leadership Resources Malaysia Sdn Bhd, Nigel excelled in creating and expanding accounts, generating significant revenue. Currently, Nigel serves as a Senior Specialist in Talent Management at Averis. Academically, Nigel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Global Management and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, both from Handong Global University.
