Kyle Potts

Kyle Potts is the In-House Counsel at Averitt Express, Inc., where they focus on insurance defense matters, including premises liability and casualty claims. Previously, Kyle worked as an attorney at Deutsch Kerrigan & Stiles and served as a partner at Adams and Reese LLP for over two decades. With a JD from Loyola University New Orleans School of Law and a BA in History from The University of Texas at Arlington, Kyle has extensive experience in multi-district litigation, maritime law, and pro bono initiatives in New Orleans.
