Roger Langlie

Roger Langlie has extensive experience in both trucking and youth services. Currently serving as a Regional Truck Driver at Averitt Express since January 2021, Roger previously held roles as an Over The Road Truck Driver at Prime Inc. and as Campus Director at Arkansas Baptist Children's Homes, where leadership focused on supporting foster youth. Roger also has a significant history in management positions, including Executive Director and Program Director at Bob Belloni Ranch, and Director at Curry County Juvenile Department, overseeing operational goals and staff development. Roger's career began in retail management at Walmart, complemented by a Bachelor's degree from Williams Baptist University.
