Tim Shuster

Tim Shuster is a seasoned professional in corporate business development with extensive experience at Averitt Express since January 1992. As the Director of Corporate Business Development, Tim oversees national accounts in Tennessee, Mississippi, and northwest Georgia. Previous roles include Director of Port and Distribution Sales and Local Transportation Specialist, focusing on account management and sales in Middle Tennessee. Tim also served as Manager of Product Quality, where responsibilities included leadership development, loss/damage prevention, and training. Early in the career as a Cargo Claims Investigator at M.S. Carriers, Tim coordinated FedEx and JIT operations. Tim holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Logistics and Geography from the University of Memphis, completed in 1991.
