Shane McGonnell

Shane McGonnell is a seasoned talent acquisition professional currently serving as a Senior Talent Advocate at Averity since September 2018, with responsibilities focused on GO/Java recruitment and fostering a collaborative team environment. Prior to Averity, Shane worked as a Researcher at Oliver James Associates from November 2017 to August 2018, specializing in recruitment for the financial services, professional services, and commerce & industry sectors. Earlier experience includes a role as a Financial Representative at New York Life Insurance Company from December 2016 to October 2017, and over a decade as a self-employed Bayman from June 2004 to April 2016. Shane holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from SUNY Oneonta, earned between 2012 and 2014.
