Catherine Lockhead

Catherine Lockhead, CPA Auditor, currently serves as Corporate Controller at Averna since March 2025. Prior to this role, Catherine held the position of Director of Financial Reporting and Controls at Lion Electric from October 2021 to February 2025, where responsibilities included the consolidation and preparation of financial statements and the implementation of a first-year SOX program. Earlier experience includes serving as Manager of Financial Reporting and Controls at Logistec Corporation, where key contributions included documenting the 52-109 National Instrument program and recommending control designs, and as a Senior Associate at PwC, where Catherine led audit teams for public multimillion-dollar companies. Catherine also has an academic background that includes a Bachelor's Degree with distinctions in Accounting from Concordia University and certification from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada.
