Rejin Narayanan is a seasoned Program Manager in Hardware at Averna, where they leverage their extensive background in engineering and product design. Previously, they served as CEO of Ingen Robotics and Director at Exciera Technologies, showcasing strong leadership in technology-driven environments. Rejin has held various positions, including Research Assistant at Fraunhofer IAIS and Manager at ARS Software Engineering, spanning a diverse range of roles from software engineering to R&D management. They also contributed to academia as a Part-Time Guest Faculty at the Indian Institute of Information Technology & Management in Kerala. Rejin's educational credentials include a Bachelor of Technology from the University of Kerala and a Master’s Degree from Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences.
