Tính Võ

Tính Võ is an L&D specialist currently serving as the Head of the Training Department at Averna VN, where they manage training initiatives and employee engagement activities. Previously, Tính led the largest recruitment project at Hyosung Corporation, successfully attracting and interviewing thousands of candidates while enhancing the company's employer branding. Tính holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities and has participated in student exchange programs focused on project management and business at Peking University and Republic Polytechnic.
