Frank Handler

Frank Handler is an attorney who began practicing in 2018 and currently serves as a court-appointed guardian ad litem and parent attorney in dependency and neglect cases. Since 2020, Frank has also been involved in document review and legal research as an attorney for Legility and Avèro Advisors. Frank completed a B.A. in History and Political Science at the State University of New York at Buffalo and pursued a J.D. at the University of Tennessee-Knoxville, where they participated in various legal clinics. Outside of their professional commitments, Frank enjoys traveling, spending time with friends, and volunteering for animal welfare.
