Vick has a diverse range of work experience in the recruitment and talent acquisition field. They began their career as a US-IT Recruiter at Alpha Solutions Inc., where they were responsible for posting job listings, utilizing various recruitment tools, conducting interviews, and recruiting for both permanent and contract positions. After Alpha Solutions, Vick worked as a Technical Recruiter at CSI Group Inc., where they focused on recruiting mid to senior level appointments. They then joined EmergiTel as a Technical Recruiter, and most recently, Vick worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Aversan Inc., where they provided expertise in recruiting for the Aerospace and Defense industry.

Vick completed an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration - Human Resources from St. Lawrence College between the years 2014 and 2015.
