Cari Scott

Cari Scott has a diverse work experience that spans several industries and roles. Cari started their career at Blackhawk Engagement Solutions as an IT Project Manager, where they were responsible for defining requirements and launching a successful SaaS engagement platform. Cari also created cost-benefit analyses and ROI assessments for proposed IT initiatives.

After their time at Blackhawk, Cari joined Microchip Technology Inc. as an IT Project Manager/Systems Analyst II. In this role, they developed detailed work plans, schedules, and status reports. Cari also resolved project issues and ensured alignment with business and user needs. Cari later became a Sr. Technical Project Manager, where they continued to successfully manage projects.

Cari then moved on to Bishop Fox as a Senior Program Manager, where they provided strategic direction and leadership for large-scale software implementations and frameworks. Cari defined and executed Project Management Office (PMO) processes and procedures, improving process alignment across departments.

Most recently, Cari joined Avertium as the Director of Business Operations. In this position, they oversee complex projects and drives operational efficiency.

Throughout their career, Cari has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive process improvements.

Cari Scott obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Arizona State University, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their degree, they also obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in April 2016.
