Mark Ponder

Mark Ponder has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Mark is currently working at Avertium as an Architect and Integration Consultant, a position they have held since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Enterprise Solutions Consultant at Avertium from June 2021 to March 2022.

Before joining Avertium, Mark worked at 21st Mortgage Corporation as a Server Administrator for over four years, starting in February 2017 and ending in May 2021.

Mark also had a significant tenure at Blount Memorial Hospital, where they held several roles. Mark started as a Helpdesk Operator in July 2003 and worked their way up to become a PC Support Analyst, responsible for Tier 2 support and application administration. Mark also worked as a Systems Analyst, responsible for maintaining the data center and building new servers. Mark then became a Business Analyst, before ultimately serving as a Senior Systems Analyst from December 2009 to February 2017.

Prior to their work at Blount Memorial Hospital, Mark worked at NuCycle Technologies as a Senior Printer Technician, responsible for repairing and maintaining printers, fax machines, and copiers. Mark also provided field customer service.

Mark'searliest work experience can be traced back to Better Business Machines, where they worked as a Customer Service Technician from 1998 to 2000.

Mark Ponder attended ITT Technical Institute in Knoxville from 1996 to 1998, where they obtained an associate's degree in Electronic Engineering Technology.
