Adem Kader

Adem Kader serves as the Director of Strategy & Growth at Avery Dennison, guiding Growth and Strategy activities in Apparel Solutions since March 2024. With a strong background in management consulting, Adem contributed as Head of Disruptive Growth Strategy at PA Consulting Group from 2014 to 2023, assisting clients in launching products and forming partnerships. Prior experience includes advising roles at Pointr and BeWorks Automation, focusing on digital transformation and cleantech solutions. Adem's foundational expertise was developed as a Senior Manager at Kaiser Associates from 2006 to 2014, where strategic initiatives spanned various industries, including consumer packaged goods and healthcare. Adem holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, and Statistics from Swarthmore College and completed high school at TEV İnanç Türkeş Özel Lisesi.
