Avalyn Lim

Avalyn Lim is an experienced professional in the field of chemical engineering, having held various positions in quality assurance and product development. At Hitachi Chemical, from December 2014 to January 2018, Avalyn served as a Research and Development Engineer, overseeing the formulation and analysis of epoxy molding compounds for semiconductor encapsulation. Prior experience includes an internship as a Chemical Engineer at Techkem Water, where responsibilities involved conducting chemical testing for water samples. Most recently, from March 2023 to July 2024, Avalyn worked at Avery Dennison, progressing through roles such as Quality Team Leader, Quality Manager, and Quality and Enterprise Lean Sigma Coordinator, focusing on quality assurance tests for pressure-sensitive labels. Avalyn holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) with Honours in Chemical Engineering from the University of Nottingham, completed in 2014.
