Ed Oldfield has extensive experience in IT and customer service management, primarily with Avery Dennison since September 2002. Serving in various leadership roles, including IT Director for Digital Customer Experience and Global IT Lead for Commercial, Digital Marketing, and Legal, Ed has driven strategic initiatives and managed significant teams across Europe and North America. Prior roles included overseeing customer service operations, leading sales teams, and implementing e-business strategies to enhance customer engagement. Ed began the career at WHSmith in multiple positions and holds a BSc in Management and Logistics from Cranfield University.
