Joyce Ren

Joyce Ren has over nine years of experience in human resources and project leadership, currently serving as Project Leader and DE&I Data Analyst at Avery Dennison since May 2014, where responsibilities include HR business partner support, data analyses, and employee handbook revamping for 5,000 employees. Previously, Joyce held roles at the University of Southern California, including Housing Customer Service Assistant and Shanghai Area Orientation Leader, focusing on customer service and student support. Joyce holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from USC Marshall School of Business.
