Lisa Powers is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management, distribution, logistics, and training within the manufacturing and education sectors. Currently serving as a Plant Manager at Avery Dennison since July 2018, Lisa oversees all aspects of operations performance while championing the integration of Enterprise Lean Sigma to enhance efficiency. With a background at Cristal as the Distribution & Logistics Manager for North America and as the Cristal Academy Manager for Learning & Performance, Lisa has successfully managed supply chain improvements and developed training initiatives. Lisa's career also includes roles as Lead Technical Trainer, Superintendent Energy/Senior Engineer, Senior Buyer, and Production Superintendent, spanning different organizations including Millennium Chemicals and SCM.
