Michael Colarossi

Mike Colarossi has over 25 years of extensive experience in operations, engineering, and sustainability, with a significant focus on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) strategies. Currently serving as the Head of Enterprise Sustainability at Avery Dennison since June 2013, Mike is responsible for leading the company's global sustainability initiatives and achieving the 2030 sustainability goals. Previous roles at Avery Dennison include various vice president positions overseeing product line management, branding solutions, and supply chain operations within the Retail Branding and Information Solutions Division. Prior to Avery Dennison, Mike worked at Akzo Nobel from 1998 to 2013, where key roles included Director of Operations and Regional Engineering Manager for Asia/Pacific, overseeing manufacturing processes, procurement, and sustainability efforts. Early career experience includes an engineering internship at Chrysler, and educational credentials comprise an MBA from Duke University and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
