With over 10 years of hands-on experience in the manufacturing industry, Ratul has previously held roles including Assistant Manager and Production Manager, driving continuous improvement and innovation in production processes. They earned a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Islamic University of Technology and are proficient in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
