Stephen Gross is an experienced engineer with a strong background in process development and improvement in various manufacturing sectors. Since June 2018, Stephen has been serving as an RFID Technology Engineer at Avery Dennison. Prior experience includes roles as a Process Improvement Engineer at SMARTRAC N.V. from February 2014 to January 2018, and as a Process Engineer at AFL, where responsibilities included process development in fiber optic cable manufacturing from June 2012 to January 2014. Earlier positions included process optimization and quality control for polymer recycling at Barnet Polymers from October 2009 to May 2012, and production support for PCB manufacturing at TTM Technologies from May 2006 to September 2009. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Connecticut, completed between 1999 and 2005, and attended Ellington High School from 1995 to 1999, as well as Lycee Montgrand as an exchange student from 1997 to 1998.
