William Gorin

William Gorin possesses extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as the Commercial Learning and Development Manager at Avery Dennison since May 2016. In this role, William builds and develops learning programs aimed at enhancing the capabilities and results of sales teams while continually seeking innovative approaches to improve engagement with learning materials. Previously, as a Sales Enablement Business Partner at Avery Dennison, William collaborated with the European sales team to create a widely adopted revenue and forecasting dashboard and supported sales operations as an Account Specialist. Prior experience includes a role as Practice Area Manager for Finance & Accounting at ICS, a Korn Ferry company. William holds a Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Toronto and a B.S. in Bioengineering from Santa Clara University.
