Scott Rich

Scott Rich, SHRM-SCP, has had a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Scott began their career at Cherokee Town and Country Club as a Golf Professional from 2002 to 2005. Scott then joined Avery Partners as a Vice President from 2005 to 2007. Scott later worked at SirWebby Website Development, Social Media Marketing, and IT Recruitment as a Director, where they focused on brand development, website traffic growth, and social media marketing strategies from 2010 to 2016. Returning to Avery Partners in 2014, Scott held various leadership positions, including Vice President from 2014 to 2016, Executive Vice President from 2016 to 2022, and ultimately becoming the President of Avery Provider Group in May 2022. Throughout their career, Scott has demonstrated their expertise in strategic growth initiatives, performance management, and talent acquisition.

Scott Rich attended Young Harris College from 1994 to 1995. Scott did not obtain a degree or declare a specific field of study during this time. Scott later pursued their education at Western Governors University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. In February 2022, they obtained the SHRM-SCP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
