Averyn Care is a family-directed, non-clinical administrative coordination service for households managing ongoing care.
We help families organize records, coordinate providers and home services, and keep the household aligned through structured follow-through, written updates, and permission-based access support.
New households start with Record Vault, a fixed-scope onboarding service to gather and organize records, establish access where possible, and create a portable baseline. From there, families can continue with the level of support that fits their situation when scheduling, referrals, paperwork, and follow-through keep piling up.
Averyn works at the direction of the family’s Primary Contact and within the permissions each system allows. We are private pay.
We are not a medical provider. We do not diagnose, treat, interpret results, monitor safety, or provide emergency response.
For professionals, Averyn can be a useful opt-in resource when a family needs someone to own the administrative follow-through after discharge, across referrals, or between appointments.
