Brett Pearson

Brett Pearson has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Brett is currently serving as the Vice President - Corporate Services at Avetta since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Independent Consultant from April 2021 to January 2022, specializing in Real Estate, Workplace Strategies & Business Consulting.

Before their independent consulting work, Brett held various positions at Janus Capital Group from April 2001 to April 2020. Notably, they served as the Vice President – Global Head of Corporate Services from November 2008 to April 2020. Brett also held the position of Vice President / Managing Director at Capital Group Partners, a subsidiary of Janus Capital Group, from April 2005 to November 2010. Additionally, they worked as the Senior Director of Marketing Strategy and Innovation from April 2001 to December 2008.

Prior to their tenure at Janus Capital Group, Brett worked at MetLife from December 1993 to May 2001. During their time at MetLife, they held various roles within the Marketing and Technology Management division. These roles included Senior Manager - Marketing Systems from July 2000 to May 2001 and Senior Project Manager - Annuity Marketing from January 1998 to July 2000.

Brett Pearson completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Chemistry at the University of Northern Colorado from 1986 to 1991.
