Nick Johnstone is an experienced professional in client success and operational management with a diverse background in various industries. Currently serving as Client Success Manager at Avetta since March 2018, Nick specializes in contractor safety compliance solutions, focusing on client relationships, implementation, and process improvement. Prior to Avetta, Nick held roles such as Professional Services Manager at OrbSix Software and Client Engagement Manager & Business Analyst at Zarbee's Naturals, where notable responsibilities included managing production and inventory control, overseeing order processing for retail clients, and establishing third-party relationships. Co-founding Zarbee's Naturals involved restructuring the company into a C-corp and successfully managing operations that led to significant revenue growth. Additional experience includes positions at Focus Electrics, Back To Basics Products, LexisNexis PeopleWise, and Franklin Covey, complemented by a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Brigham Young University.
