Charles Cotton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success, project management, and engineering data management. Currently, Charles serves as the Director of Adoption Insights and Operations at AVEVA, where previous roles included Director of Customer Success and Program Manager. Before joining AVEVA in November 2020, Charles held various senior leadership positions at Worley and Midrex Technologies, focusing on global project delivery tools and connected services platforms. Charles also has a solid background in application administration and development with experience at several prominent engineering firms, including SBM Offshore and Technip. Charles holds a Certificate in Executive Leadership from Queens University of Charlotte and an Associate’s Degree in Drafting and Design Technology from Jefferson Davis Community College.
