Charles Ellis is an experienced project manager with a demonstrated history in the nuclear power and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as a Project Manager for IV&V of SIL4 Triconex Software Development at Invensys Operations Management, Charles oversees scheduling, budgeting, quality tracking, and contract management for critical software development in Mainland China's nuclear sector. Previously, as Localization Project Manager for China Nuclear Projects, Charles facilitated knowledge transfer to Chinese clients on control systems with an international team. As Chairman & CEO of China Sourcing, Inc., Charles provided strategic consulting for American manufacturers sourcing production in China, and during tenure at Concorde Tech, Inc., significantly increased sales while establishing a strong reputation in the market. Charles began a distinguished career as a Submarine Officer in the United States Navy, responsible for operational readiness and mission accomplishment aboard the USS Maine. Charles holds a BS in Political Science from the United States Naval Academy.
