Charul Shah is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in software development and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at AVEVA since June 2021, Charul focuses on budgets, strategic investments, data analysis, vendor management, and capacity planning. Prior to this role, Charul was the Program Manager and Head of Development Operations at Invensys, managing a large software development group, overseeing R&D budget management, and coordinating offshore development activities. From June 1994 to December 2002, Charul held the position of Group Director at Simulation Sciences, leading multiple high-impact software projects and implementing effective development processes. Charul holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Southern California and an MBA from the University of California, Irvine.
