Debbie Install

Debbie Install has extensive experience in communication and engagement, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Inclusion and Engagement at AVEVA since August 2014, where responsibilities include overseeing Diversity & Inclusion, Wellbeing, Global Employee Communications, and Employee CSR activities. Previously, Debbie held the position of Head of Global Internal Communications at AVEVA, focusing on establishing communication channels to enhance employee engagement. Prior to AVEVA, Debbie worked at the Royal Bank of Scotland Group as Head of Internal Communications for Business & Commercial Banking and as a Senior Programme Manager. Earlier experience includes roles at Suffolk County Council, culminating in a position as Interim Assistant Director of Communications and Marketing.
