Edward Lui has over three decades of experience in the field of customer success and service management, currently holding the position of Customer Success Manager at AVEVA since May 1989, where also served as Service Manager. Additionally, Edward has been involved with Telvent Canada since 1989, maintaining various roles including Service Manager. Edward Lui earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alberta, completing the degree in 1989.
